We have many different types of jellies. Our jellies are made from fresh fruit juices. The categories are: classic jellies, old fashioned jellies, fruit combo jellies, out-of-the-ordinary jellies, wine jellies, and sugarfree jellies. Here is a list:

| JAM & FRUIT BUTTER
We also have different types of jams and fruit butters. Our jams are made from fresh fruit with the fruit pieces and/or seeds. Our butters are made the long, slow way with the ripest fruit picked at the peak of freshness. Here is a partial list:

| SALSAS
We have both traditional and fruit salsas. Each traditional salsa is made from a simple recipe of tomatoes, peppers and onions. We do not "spice it up", we let the peppers do their job. Everything is hand chopped and made in single batches to ensure the chunky consistency that we love. The fruit salsas are sweet with a touch of heat, where the fruit makes a bold addition.
